Refund & Return Policy
We want every member of your family to get the right fit. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.
Size exchange
- Request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with the box and tags intact.
- The first size exchange for a wrong fit is free.
Returns & refunds
- Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
Worn or used footwear, items without original packaging/tags, and clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
