Refund & Exchange Policy

At Dinesh Family Footwear, each pair is quality-checked before it reaches you. Please review your size carefully before ordering.

No returns or refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered.

Size exchange only

We offer exchanges only when the size does not fit, provided:

  • the exchange is requested within 3 days of delivery;
  • the item is unworn, unused and in its original condition, with the original box and all tags intact;
  • a valid proof of purchase (order number) is provided;
  • the required size is in stock — if it is not, we will offer an alternative of equal value or a store credit;
  • any price difference and the delivery charge for the replacement are borne by the customer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a suitable replacement at no extra cost.
